现役军人的州内学费福利

自2016年10月1日起生效《网上十大网赌娱乐大全》第23条.1-500—510提供以下好处:

现役军人, 现役警卫或预备役队员, or guard or reservist members mobilized or on temporary active orders for six months or more, 谁住在弗吉尼亚，才有资格享受州内学费.

根据37u.S.C. 401，所有受养人:

• 现役军人, 或被激活或临时动员(被激活服役六个月以上)的预备役人员或警卫人员,
• assigned to a permanent duty station or workplace geographically located in Virginia, 或在与弗吉尼亚或哥伦比亚特区相邻的州,
• 居住在弗吉尼亚的人

就有资格获得州内学费而言，应被视为在弗吉尼亚州定居，并有资格根据本条在弗吉尼亚州接受学费.

某些州内学费.I. 比尔®接受者

38 U.S.C. §3679要求高等教育机构向在州内学习的个人收取州内学费，如果他们正在使用G下的教育援助课程.I. 比尔®第30章, 31, 33 or 35 while residing in the State in which the educational institution is located.

受保人士包括:

• A Veteran using education assistance under Chapter 30 (Montgomery G.I. Bill®), Chapter 31 (Veteran Readiness and 就业), or 33章 (Post-9/11 G.I. Bill®), and who enrolls at ODU following a period of active duty service of 90 天 or more.
